Kitten anyone?

The kitties are almost ready to go!

The one on the left is very playful!

This one would make a great lap cat...she's quiet and a little jumpy :)

Can you tell I had to wake this one up to

get a picture? :) She was sound asleep

and kept falling over-that's why she looks

stunned in the picture.

I will even throw in an adorable puppy!

Sort-of like a buy-one get-one sale-but

it's all free.

Furry friend anyone?

Anyone in the market for a sweet little girl pup?

Dalton brought her home last night...it's only

about the 12th pup he's brought home since

he's been big enough to carry one home.

AND if we didn't already have a dog...a

mama cat & 5 kittens...we would

consider keeping this one, she is

so very sweet!

The previous owner says she is part redbone

coonhound and part some other coonhound.

Any takers??

They are 3 1/2 weeks old and so sweet.

...AND~five of them are looking for a good home ;o)

Molly is definitely taking that little trip to the

vet in a few weeks!

I wonder what Molly would say about this...

I hate mean dogs!

Our Suzy Q is such a sweet girl...she is the best dog ever.

She is very gentle with kids, other animals....everybody.

She even lets other dogs come into the garage and eat her food

without tearing into them like most dogs would.

A neighborhood dog came up to the house Tuesday night and

attacked her. She had her by the neck and Ethan was able to

get her loose by kicking that big mean German Shepherd in the ribs....

I hope he broke a few ;o}...(I know that's inhumane...just don't

mess with my dog and I won't mess with yours) ;o}

I took Suzy to the vet and she had to be stapled up. ;o{

She seems to feel better and has gotten use to the staples...

at first she was trying to shake them out.

I just hate mean dogs...when I was in fourth grade I was bit in the

face by a dog...he had never bitten anyone before...just me!

But luckily I walked away only needing a few stitches...

the scars are barely noticeable today.

I hope that dog stays away from here...and away from Suzy!

We do have alot of firearms in the house ;o}

...AND...although I couldn't shoot it, I can't say the same
for hubby or the boys if it were to attack her again....

We Have Kittens!

SIX of them!

If you've been visiting my blog for a while I bet I can read your

mind... You're thinking "Didn't they just have kittens?"

And the answer is yes...yes we did. In the spring we had 5.

She has never had a litter in the fall...so, I thought I had a

few months until her little trip to the Vet.
Boy, was I wrong!

I guess that's where my little procrastination problem is to blame.
Not me...;o)

We have 2 grey & white, 2 calico and 1 dark grey tiger stripe.

We didn't even realize until a few weeks ago that she was

expecting...we thought she was just fat ;o} (wrong again!)

They are so cute!

We will definitely not put off our little trip to the Vet this time ;o}

Why Do They Have To Be So Cute?

Aren't they cute!

They are 5 weeks old!

I keep telling myself...they will grow up...they won't
be little & cute for long! But I think one
of the little grey ones has crept his way into my heart...;o}

Kayla having them all named hasn't helped the situation either!
